About BeeVeda
BeeVeda is an online marketplace operated by the EMACE Foundation of Sri Lanka, supported by Australian Aid. It connects customers with products handcrafted by women entrepreneurs in the Kalutara District of Sri Lanka.
Orders
All orders are placed through WhatsApp. By initiating an order you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information. Orders are confirmed only once you receive a reply from the relevant vendor or the BeeVeda team.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will pay.
Shipping
Delivery timelines and shipping fees will be communicated to you at the time of your order. We do our best to deliver within the timeframe given, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order details. We will work with you to find a fair resolution. We are unable to accept returns on perishable or food items unless they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. colours, textures, and appearances may vary slightly from the photos shown on this website, particularly for natural and handmade products.
Limitation of Liability
BeeVeda and the EMACE Foundation are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from any order placed through it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
